Are your construction consultations free of charge?
Our project consultations are always free of charge. We take honor in proving ourselves to our
prospective clients and offer complimentary 1-hour consultations for any building or
remodeling project.
How long does it take to receive a project proposal back?
Every project is unique in size and scope. Some of our smaller projects may have a small
turnover time, such as a week to see the initial plans. However, larger projects will require
more time to develop. During your consultation, your project manager will give you timeline
expectations based on the scope of work involved.
How will I be kept informed on the progress of my project?
One of the best features of working with Taymack Developers is that you are part of the entire
process, even during construction! Our virtual project management system gives you a seat at
the proverbial “construction site” to monitor progress and even request change orders. Of
course, you are also welcome to communicate with your project manager at any time for those
who are less digitally savvy – or when time is of the essence.
Do you handle all necessary permits?
Our white glove service means that we do handle all permitting and governmental needs for
your project. Of course, should you prefer to handle any of these needs yourself, we certainly
allow clients the option to submit permits themselves when requested.
Will the project be under warranty?
We offer a limited warranty following the completion of all of our construction projects. During
your consultation, your project manager will review the kind of warranty that your job falls
under so that you can feel confident knowing, even long after construction is complete, that
you are covered by our team.
