Pricing

Our project manager will work with our sourcing manager and estimator to help develop a comprehensive pricelist for you. We are happy to go over an in-depth analysis of all costs and re-engineer your project until it meets your expectations and budget.

Planning

At this stage, our developers and architectural team take over to scale your exact project plans, which lay the foundation for your job.

Permitting

One of the great advantages of working with a construction development team is the ability to leave all the permitting to us! Of course, if and when desired, we welcome clients to address permitting needs at their request. But for the most part, we’re pleased to take this part of the process off your plate.

Virtual Development

It’s an extraordinary experience to see your vision come to life in the digital universe. Using specialized software, our digital engineers will bring your project to “virtual reality” before even one nail has been hammered.

Building & Scheduling

When we are ready to “break ground”, your project manager will deliver a building schedule and keep you posted on all expectations and changes throughout the continuum of your project. Need to make a change? You can submit a “change order” via our digital portal to be processed by our team.

Quality Control

Our team will ensure that throughout the construction phase, your project is being handled with optimal care. Should anything need addressing, our team will be there to quickly handle the matter and remedy the situation to keep your project moving along smoothly.

Completion & Warranty

Once your project is finalized, we will provide a thorough quality control check and hand the keys off to you! Our projects all include a warranty period so that you can feel confident knowing that we have your back – even after construction is completed.
